Kuji Connect is an events networking platform operated by Kuji Connect Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or joining an event you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 to use Kuji Connect. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
When you join an event, the event organiser becomes an independent data controller for event-specific information you share. We process that data on their behalf as a processor.
Do not harass other members, share misleading information, scrape the directory, or attempt to access data you are not entitled to. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
You retain ownership of photos, bios and notes you upload. You grant us a limited licence to display them within the events you attend and to members you connect with.
You can delete your account at any time from Privacy & data. Deletion removes your profile, memberships and connections immediately. Anonymised consent audit records are retained for regulatory compliance.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
